  • When will I receive my order? Your order will be received in the manner in which it was received, the processing time is 2 - 4 business days and is included in the delivery time.

  • What do I do if I received a defective order? If you have received a defective order, contact us and let us knows as soon as you possible, while providing pictures of the defective product.

  • Where are you located? At the moment, our store is ONLY online based, in the near future we will have a physical location in Florida. 
  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from? Our products and materials are from China, USA, and Europe.
